Friday Prompt: Power

Read this on galpod.com.

Today I invite you to think about power. It can be in your life or your story. I suggest focusing on a specific relationship, for instance, between the main character (MC) and their significant other, a parent, or the antagonist.

We empower ourselves in different ways: sometimes, we find someone with less power than us to make us feel better. Sometimes we find something that we’re really good at. Sometimes we sabotage ourselves, and that’s a kind of empowerment, too. There are also different kinds of power: physical, social, and economic.

Who has power in your life or your story, and in what ways?

Hey there! I would love to hear whatever you're willing to share that came from the prompt. Please comment below or click on the chat window, even if it's only to tell me that you've found this prompt useful (or ridiculous).
